CLIENT NEEDS:
A Fortune 500 financial services enterprise was in the process of merging with another
large financial services firm. Axiom Path had been providing direct hire staffing services
for one of the merging firms.
As part of the merger, they replaced their former MSP (managed service provider) but
retained five legacy suppliers. They invited Axiom Path to provide an RFP (request for
proposal) to fill one of two new supplier positions.
AXIOM PATH SOLUTION:
As one of the MSP’s new suppliers, Axiom Path built out a dedicated delivery team to
assist with the difficult requisitions that had carried over from the legacy MSP.
Throughout the relationship, we diligently followed all rules of engagement and provided
the MSP with SOW (statement of work) conversations we had previously initiated with the
client prior to becoming part of the MSP program.
Key areas of support included IT and ESG (environmental, social, and governance).
MEASURABLE OUTCOMES:
Axiom Path rapidly became the second top supplier in spend within a year of
engagement, earning a rolling one-year average scorecard rating of 93%. We assisted in
rewriting the MSP’s rate card and have been added to the direct hire program.
Axiom Path continues to partner with the program team on ongoing market rate updates
and intelligence—performing as the go-to supplier for their toughest requisitions.
