As a result of a global pharmaceutical company’s explosive growth, they experienced
serious organizational challenges associated with the subsequent transformation of their
systems and processes.
Further, they lacked the in-house resources or operating procedures needed to support
the prioritization, execution, and governance of the ever-increasing IT projects and
initiatives.

As a trusted advisor, Axiom Path educated the client on project intake methods and the
benefits of establishing a project management office (PMO) solution—providing coaching
and support on PMO methods, procedures, tools, and metrics. We then created and
leveraged a tool to manage the PMO intake process.
MEASURABLE OUTCOMES:
Axiom Path stood up a global PMO program to support the delivery of IT-related projects
and fully integrated an organizational change management (OCM) program into the
intake process.
We also provided contract and permanent resources, along with an onboarding roadmap,
during the PMO program establishment.
