CLIENT NEEDS:

A growing manufacturing company needed to replace a highly customized solution (for
financials, supply chain, manufacturing) that no longer supported their business processes
and was unable to scale with their growing business.

The client desired process and systems transformation and needed an experienced
partner to serve as their trusted consultant throughout the transformation journey to
support delivery on both technology and business ends (in the U.S., Middle East, and
Australia).

They also required executive-level IT resources to support their transitioning environment.

Axiom Path provided key resources during the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (enterprise
resource planning) project from the client side as part of the larger implementation team.
