CLIENT NEEDS:
An international bottling and distribution company was transforming their misaligned
workforce and shifting outdated, manual operational processes to a global ERP
(enterprise resource planning) system, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
They also sought to leverage the ERP implementation as a way to establish an enterprise-
wide organizational change management (OCM) program.
AXIOM PATH SOLUTION:
Operating as an advisory partner for the client, our team began by educating the
company around OCM principles (impact, readiness, and communication), providing
coaching and support on tools, methods, and procedures.
We developed a global, project-focused OCM program to support the delivery of D365
and integrated this OCM strategy into the project intake process to render right-sized
change management touches for every enterprise initiative.
MEASURABLE OUTCOMES:
Axiom Path leveraged the success of the D365 OCM program we installed to establish an
enterprise-wide OCM program for future transformative company endeavors. To support
this, we provided contract and permanent resources to implement and maintain the new
global OCM program.
