CLIENT NEEDS:
A U.S. manufacturing company leveraged Axiom Path’s Contract Recruiting services to
assist with seasonal hiring due to a “spike” in business. The company’s remote location
and competition proved to be difficult for their current recruiting team during this peak
with their hiring needs.
AXIOM PATH SOLUTION:
We used our proprietary data analytics platform to help create a custom recruiting
solution plan that included the appropriate amount of recruiters to help ramp up for the
influx of hiring needs—this also provided bus passes and other forms of transportation for
candidates and employees outside of a 30-mile radius.
Axiom Path partnered with the client to provide candidates for various skill sets across
the manufacturing facility.
MEASURABLE OUTCOMES:
Axiom Path helped to reduce time to fill from 56 days to 28 days on average and
implemented a shift-work differential for second and third shifts to help increase
candidate flow for these positions.
Through close partnership with our client, we helped to increase fill rates from a 6:1 ratio
to a 3:1 in year one and continue working to improve results year over year moving
forward.
