CLIENT NEEDS:
A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company was looking to migrate their global ERP (enterprise resource planning) platform to the cloud and needed independent ERP experts to manage software/system integrator (SI) vendor selections.
They wanted a long-term partnership with an organization that could effectively represent the client side of the implementation and continue providing resources post-go-live. The client also required additional support for the project execution (backfill/project resources in the U.S., Japan, and Europe).
